This User Guide has been produced for the North Shore CommunityToy Library for the use of its members in the navigation of the MiBase computer system. MiBase is the online database used by the North Shore CommunityToy Library to manage the catalogue of toys, membership information and loans.
The database is cloud based and allows members to manage information from any location where an internet connection is available.

This brochure summarizes what you need to know as new member, including how many toys you can loan, how to take care of your toys (cleaning, what happens if they break or you've lost a part), overdue returns, opening hours and contact details.

This document summarizes the tasks at your shift as rostered member. Please read this prior your shift to be prepared and on time.
